Marrow, a ragged bat — hangs upside down from the edge of your HUD.
I am not sure what they might do. I think it’s a cool addition tho. It would be cool if say, for my bat, i get enhanced night sight or something.
With your Ferret you could get flexable bones once a day or something.

Beetle – your ability could be pincher like ability claws that you can use once a day duration lasts depending on level, as does the damage.
Cat – stealth ability combined with enhanced reflexes. can be used 1 per day. duration depends on level.

We have pets now too. I just picked up a Tin Crow and a Glass Ferret. it says its invisible and likes to steal shiny things.
maybe a small chance to get an item randomly when I fight or complete a quest.
