The Daily Streak

🔥 The Daily Streak

Turn up, do something that earns XP, and the dungeon counts the day. Do it again tomorrow and the count goes up. That is the whole mechanic — there is no button, no sign-up and nothing to switch on.

What counts as a day

  • Any XP-earning action. A fight, a quiz, a quest, the Spell Crawler, the Cipher, a forum post — anything that pays you XP advances the streak. One per day is enough; doing twenty changes nothing.
  • The day turns at midnight Mountain Time (06:00 UTC), the same clock the daily quests and the rest of the dailies run on. There is no separate streak deadline to miss.
  • Practice does not count. Spell Crawler practice pays no XP, and the streak only follows XP.

What it pays

Bonuses land on the day you reach the number, once each, and they are not taken back:

  • 3 days — 100 XP
  • 7 days — 350 XP
  • 14 days — 800 XP
  • 30 days — 2,000 XP

Missing a day

Miss a day and the current run goes back to 1 when you return. Nothing else happens: no XP is deducted, no level, floor or item is touched. Your best ever streak is recorded separately and can never go down, so a broken run costs you the run, never the record.

Where to see it

The flame panel in your HUD, directly above your daily quests — that is the “Today” page. It shows the current run, your best, and how far the next bonus is.

This arrived quietly and a lot of crawlers never noticed: it sends no email and gives no notification, on purpose. If you have been playing most days since it went live, you almost certainly already have one.
