How do you describe DCC to other people? Because apparently I am TERRIBLE at it. 😂
I got my best friend listening, but it took some mad convincing and an Audible gift to finally get her on board.
Then I was listening to book one in bed one night. I put my headphones in, hit play, and immediately through my headphones comes:
“BRING THAT PUSSY OVER HERE!”
My fiancé looked at me with one eyebrow raised.
It did not help when I explained, “No, no, it’s an old lady talking to a cat.”
He has referred to DCC as Dungeon Smut ever since.
Anyway, he is now halfway through book one. 😂
NEEWWW ACHIEVEMENT!
You’ve successfully dragged two other humans into the dungeon. They are now emotionally invested in a talking cat.
REWARD:
You have two people to talk to about Dungeon Crawler Carl. -

Hunger Games meets Dungeons and Dragons, meets Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, meets Survivor, meets Running Man

I have a hard time with this one for sure lol
*A guy and his cat take on a post apocalyptic alien game show where they fight for their lives against crazy monsters and complete insane quests to win. Heavy video game theme with a Hunger games vibe + DnD*
I also am trying to sucker people in by telling them it’s being made into a TV show. -
