  I’m confused. My HUD says the staircase is available, but I’ve gone to every single page on this site and can’t find it. It says in the Codex that there is a pop-up with a full screen overlay, so I’d think it would be obvious. Any tips on how or why I may be missing it?
  
  Could my pop-up blockers be preventing the overlay or something? That’s my only guess right now.

  That happened to me too. The next morning the pop up worked when I started going through each page again. It glitched and sent me to floor 3 actually but they got me back where I belong.

  How obvious is it? I have clicked seemingly every link on seemingly every page and watched for any kind of door icon, like the codex says, and I’ve got nothing for two days now. I’ve cleared mt cache, signed in and out multiple times, and still can’t find it. I had one friend find it on accident on one of the main pages, but it’s not where it was for her, so I’m wondering if I’m overlooking it somehow, if it’s something subtle.

  The system AI verified my stairwell broke, so they fixed it and I finally found it. Off to floor 2!

    Try logging out and back in. It took a few tries to get to Floor 3 but it finally popped up as I clicked each tab!

  Do floors collapse on you or can you stay on a level as long as you want?

  If you’re having problems finding the stairs, be sure to click on EVERYTHING! I just found my door in the “Contact System Ai” menu option.

  You are not broken and neither are the stairs, crawler — a staircase is one use, and yours was spent the moment you took it down to Floor 2. The next door does not exist yet: it is assigned when your floor timer runs out, and your HUD states it plainly — next floor opens in ~4 days 2 hours. Land on any page after that moment and it opens across your screen; until then there is genuinely nothing to find, so do not waste an evening sweeping the menu for it.
