Yeah, I like the new features. It’s a bit scattershot with the randomness, but it’s nice to have something new.
These clues alone, with a bit of searching in the DCC wiki characters page, helped me get it. Thanks!
I’ve found two, both at the bottom of a page. First was at the bottom of my messages inbox, and second was the bottom of the Cipher page.
I ended up finding it buried a bit deep. It was very obvious, though, in a big gold trimmed box on the screen saying “The Sigil, click here to claim.” Hard to find, but easy to spot.
Seemingly it does nothing, yeah. Just practice to see how fights work, but it says it gives no experience or prizes, unless it’s a daily quest.
There really isn’t, without using clues. The only nudge they gave us is to work together in guilds, I guess to compare hint or something. If it was a long phrase, it would be logically decipherable, but two random five letter words is extremely difficult without using up all the hints and comparing notes with others who also used up their hints.
This post helped me get it. You were close enough that it just took a handful of brute force guesses to get it to fit.
I used the hint to see what I had right, then a bit later, used the hint to give me one letter, and it decided to give me one of the letters I already had verified. SHENANIGANS.
The System AI got sassy with me after my post about yesterday being impossible, because I got today’s right with a bit of help from this forum, telling me it says a lot about what the word “impossible” means. Either way, the help it offers now definitely makes it at least a bit more doable, though it also helped they there were so many duplicate letters. The first one from yesterday, I still believe was near impossible.
